We’re a small startup and really appreciate your business! The Kapwing Pro payments allow us to operate as a company and offer the majority of our tools for free. We’re constantly developing new tools and capabilities on the website which you will have access to as a Pro customer.
At this time, we do not issue refunds. Every user project costs us money in hosting, storage, server costs, and operational expenses. When you are use Kapwing, you are agreeing to use our service as is. This includes hosting, storage, servers to process videos, and technical support.
If you believe that there is a billing mistake, please contact email@example.com within 30 days of the billing mistake. Kapwing will only offer refunds at our sole discretion, based on circumstances.
